Our policies - Your responsibilities

• All cars have air conditioning and telephones, with child safety seat available at no extra cost.

• Rates are per car not per person.
• All our vehicles and passengers are fully insured.

• Assistance with your luggage
• Short stops (up to 15 minutes) on the way (to buy flowers, exchange or withdraw money, shop groceries) at no extra charge
  
  

• Order must be secured with a valid credit card.
• All charges are made in Ukrainian Hrivnyas - local currency by exchange rate of National Bank of Ukraine ( around 5.3 UAH for US $1)
• If you Cancel with more than 24hrs Notice no penalty is apply
• If you cancel with less 24hrs notice we will charge your card for 50% of the payment (50% of the fare of one way trip even if you booked return) as a late notification penalty.
• If you fail to arrive we will deem this a "no-show" and will charge your card for the full amount of your order (full fare of one way trip even if you booked return). We will keep car parking receipts for at least one year as a proof that we were at the airport to meet your flight.
• If you book the wrong size of car for your journey IE its too small we will make no refund and we are under no obligation to supply a larger car we will however try our best to get you a larger car for which you will pay any additional charges
